SHIPPING & RETURNS

 All orders are processed Monday - Friday before or at 4:pm, orders made on the weekends will be processed the following Monday.

Your order is fully traceable: both the shipping company and your tracking number are communicated in your order shipping confirmation email.

We accept payment via Visa, MasterCard, American Express.

Please note only one form of payment method can be used on a single order.

Once your order has been placed, your card is charged according to the amount and currency of your order.

If your order is unfortunately cancelled, we will refund the amount charged immediately. Please allow up to 10 business days for the funds to reflect back on your bank statement.

If you are attempting to checkout and receive the following error message "your transaction cannot be processed". Please contact your bank in order for them to authorize the transaction.

STAR OF DAEVID does not accept PO BOX addresses for any shipments.

STAR OF DAEVID is unable to change any shipping addresses. We will only ship to the address entered at the time the order was originally placed.
